What is Hypnotherapy


Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that will help you make significant and positive changes to your life. Hypnotherapy uses the ability we all have to enter a deeply relaxed state in order to communicate with our unconscious mind and make the changes you want to make.

What Hypnotherapy is not!


When experiencing the wonderful relaxing state of hypnosis you are still in control. Forget the theatrical acts you may have seen where people are made to quack like a duck! You will not do or say anything you do not want to do or say. And there are no swinging pocket watches!

What to expect when you come to see me


Your hypnotherapy session will be made up of two parts. The first is like a counselling session, where we talk about whatever you need to talk about. Then I will guide you through a relaxing hypnosis which will make you feel at peace, safe, and ready to make a change.
